She was predeceased by: her parents, Ileathie Francis Chase (Madison) and Lewis Henry Chase; her husband Howard Kralik; her son Doug Kralik; her brothers, Keith, Donald and Dale Chase; her siblings-in-law, Irene Campbell and Bill Kralik; and her grandson William Richard Kralik.

She is survived by: her children, Steven Kralik (Tricia) of Creston, Kathy Hoffman (Rick) of Wathena and Kan (Julie Kick); her grandchildren, Amy Kralik of Kansas City, Adam Kralik (Ericka) of Amarillo, Anthony Kralik (Sarah) of Knoxville, Tenn, Jamie Zellweger (Quinton) of Creston, Shawn Kralik of Creston, Timothy Kralik (Kali LaFollette) of Creston, Tiffany Borders (Jamian) of Willard, Ashley Howe (Jake) of Grove, Okla, Cassandra Elder (Flip) of Stockton and Chad Hill (Brandy Johnston) of Stockton; her great grandchildren, Emily, Luke Kralik of Knoxville, Tenn, Wylee, Rosalee, Levi Zellweger of Creston, Anthony, Matthew, Ethan Howe of Grove, Okla, Allie, Evy, Zoey Elder of Stockton and Alexis Hill of Stockton; her daughter-in-law Diane Kralik of Lenox; her brother Larry Chase of Arizona; her sisters-in-law, Janet Chase of Denver and Jane Kralik of Norwalk; and her cousins, June Zak (Dan) of Bellevue, Neb. and Bruce Chase of Cedar Rapids. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.
