He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Curtis and Samuel Curtis; his wife Barbara Curtis; and his siblings, Theresa Curtis and Joe Curtis.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Davis of Wathena, KS, Galen "Jay" Fish Jr. (Stepanie) of Cainsville, MO, Matthew Curtis (Angie) of St Joseph and Tara Curtis of St. Joseph; his siblings, Art Curtis (Nettie) of Tracy, CA and Marge Carter of Lincoln, NE; and his grandchildren, TJ Bennett (Eleeseea), Landon Davis (Kylee), Cody Fish, Gage Davis, Brent Davis (Hayvin), Dalia Ines, Cidney Curtis, MaKenzee Curtis, Sha Lyn Dawson, Saije Kyle, Mason, Braiden Johnson and Kenlie Curtis. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
