He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Marie and Lawrence Swoboda; his wife Beverly Ann Swoboda; his sons, Scott Swoboda and Mark Swoboda; his grandsons, Kyle Juhl, Kent and Dean Sherlock; and his brother Richard Swoboda.
He is survived by: his children, Jeanan Marie Sherlock (Ken) of Dearborn, MO, Rhonda Felt (Bruce) of Agency, MO and Curt Swoboda (Tammy) of Wathena, KS; his grandchildren, Matthew Felt, Trevis Felt, Tricia Dunham, Nancy Simmons and Samantha Sherlock; and his great grandchildren, McKayla, Skylar, Addyson, McKenzie Simmons, KarahLynn and Payton Dunham. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren.
