She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Bollig and Anna Marie Bollig (Graf); her husband Edwin P. Billinger; her stepfather Mike Pfeifer; her granddaughter Jackie Ward; and her siblings, Balthasar Bollig, Herbert Bollig, Charles Bollig, Julius Bollig, Rudolph Bollig, Norbert Bollig, Euphrosina Bollig and Mary Kroeger.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Billinger (Marilyn) of Norman, OK, Randy Billinger of Broomfield, CO, Glennis Billinger (Beth) of WaKeeney, KS, Frances Dick (Roger) of St. John, KS and Karen Brown (Romie) of LaVista, NE; her grandchildren, Joni, Juli, Justin, Kayla, Cody, Romie Jr., Hilary, Bryce, Erik, Christopher and Lauren; and her sister Armella Mangels (Van) of Liberal, KS.. She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren; 8 great-great-grandchildren.
