She is survived by: her spouse Wilbur Bittel; her children, Kevin Bittel (Sandy) of Highlands Ranch and Toni (Mark Hotzel) of Bloomington, Illinois; her grandchildren, Kyle Bittel (Brittany) of Windsor, Katie (Tyson Wallace) of Highlands Ranch, Hannah and Sarah Hotzel; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Korbin and Porter; and her siblings, Bill Goetz (Laura) of Oakley, Gary Goetz (Donna) of WaKeeney, Delores Deines of WaKeeney and Patsy Radcliffe of Ohio. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, memorial contributions are suggested to the Trego Hospital Endowment Foundation (to benefit the long term care unit).
