It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary (Montez) Rosales of Ulysses, Kansas, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Montez and Thomasa Montez (Hinojosa); her husband Paul Rosales Sr.; and her siblings, Rosie Perez, Gloria Montez and Jimmy Montez.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul Rosales Jr. (Cordelia), John Rosales, Mike Rosales (Linda), Raymond Rosales (Laura) and Royce Rosales (Andria); and her brothers, Samuel Montez Jr. and Armando Montez. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren and other relative and friends.
A memorial has been established for Grant County Senior Center or American Legion, in care of Robson Funeral Home, 218 S. Main St., Ulysses, Kansas 67880.
