He was predeceased by: his parents, Safford Guy and Ruby L. Guy (Turpin); his wife Rose Anna Smith; his siblings, Edwin Guy and Anna Louise Duncan; and his son-in-law Jerry Dugan.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Dugan; his grandchildren, Hillary Finney (Jeremy), Kaleb Dugan (Melanie), Jessica Richey (Bryan), Wyett Klaus, Tad Blanton (Taby), Amanda Skinner (Scott), Zach Guy, Brandi Grier (Chris), Mindy Ritchie, Alysha Cantu Ibarra (Gilberto) and Colton Guy; and his close friend Connie Link (Numerous).
