He is survived by: his child Leslie Alfrey (Kyle); his grandchildren, Dylan, Lexie, Levi Alfrey, Bentley, Raylinn, Seyller Smith, Kayson, Grayson, Mayson Smith and Bosten Horner; and his siblings, Laura Winkel (Allen), Lola Smith, Lloyd Smith (Kim) and Buck Smith (Sheri).
