She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Murphy and Nellie Murphy (Large); her husband James W. Adams, Sr.; her son James W. Adams, Jr.; and her siblings, Paul, Gordon Murphy and Agnes Pearl Murphy.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Adams (Christine) of Troy, Rodney Dwain Adams of Creighton, Karen Wetmore (Dale) of Troy, Sharon Handley (Larry) of Troy and Deborah Shelton (Leslie) of Troy. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
