She is survived by: her children, Marvin Gaither (Linda) of Troy, Kelvin Gaither of Troy, Marilee Dishon of Wathena, Sharon Smith of Wathena, Susan Shuster of Wathena, Loren Gaither (Connie) of Wathena and Phyllis Shelton of Wathena; her brother William F. Horner (Molly); and her close friend Hun Bun Marriott. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren.
