He was predeceased by: his wife Marcella "Marcy" Engroff Ridgway; his parents, John Ridgway and Ellen Ridgway; his siblings, Eileen Ridgway, Harriett Halpin and Jack Ridgway; and his stepson Keith Belden.
He is survived by: his sister Philomena O'Connell; his children, Michelle (Michael Moritz), Jim Belden, Gerri Ann (Hector Vasquez), John William (Debbie Ridgway), Jackie Ridgway (Celeste Methot), John Michael Ridgway (Marcie) and Will Kinzel; his grandchildren, Devin, Ryan, Andrew, Laura, Joey, Jessie, Whitney, Rene, Robert, Michael, Christopher, Rylee, Keith, Katie, Marcella, Madeleine and William; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Cameron and Jackson. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network or to Holy Name Church, Coffeyville, sent in care of the funeral home.
