Tom Starkey Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2020, at the age of 72, Tom Starkey of Topeka, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charley Thomas and Irene Frances Starkey (Mack); and his sisters, Mary Irvine and Kathy Hanson. He is survived by: his spouse Sammye Rice; and his children, Emmylou Starkey, Charley Starkey of Topeka and Gloria Honn (Adam) of Topeka. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
