He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Enlow and Charline Marjorie Boyle (Harlow); his wife Linda Jo Boyle; his son Phillip Andrew Boyle; and his brother-in-law Charles D. Nichols.

He is survived by: his former wife Sharon Burkhart; his children, Rachel Kurtz, Jacob and Patrick; his great grandchild Evelyn; his children, Sarah Vanderpool (Matthew), Tristyn, Dayton, Ashlyn, Charli and Kalli Crick; the parent of his children Stevon Crick; his stepson Ronnie Smith; his stepgranddaughter Susan Donohue; his grandchildren, Johann (Lindsey) and Thomas Schart; and his great grandchildren, Alexis Schart, Ella and Adam Lane.
