He is survived by: his father Darreld Ledbetter (Gina) of Tecumseh, Kansas; his sons, Dustin Ledbetter and Garrett Ledbetter of Topeka; his mother Veronica Groves (Ledbetter) of Topeka; his siblings, Caroline Ortiz of Topeka, Robert K. Groves of Topeka and Kelly Alexander (Shawn) of Topeka; and his stepfather Robert D. Groves of Topeka. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
