It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Ponte of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert L. Barngrover. She is survived by: her mother Evelyn R. Bingham Barngrover; her former husband Ralph J. Ponte August; her daughters, Teresa Ponte (Al) of Meriden and Amy Ponte of Topeka; and her siblings, Karen Absher (Clark) of Peyton, CO, Gary Barngrover (Edna) of Topeka and Kerwin Barngrover of Palmetto, FL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and a very large extended family.
