He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James and Ruth Anna Bailey, Sr. (Johnson); his former wife Martha Bailey; his son Robert "Bobby" Bailey, Jr.; his wife Marilyn; his children, Michael A. Bailey, Daniel Bailey and Ruth Anna Bailey; and his siblings, William A. Johnson, James F. Bailey, Ray P. Bailey, Shirley A. Bailey and Mary Lou Kiener. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
