He was predeceased by: his brother Judge E. Newton Vickers. He is survived by: his children, Rick Vickers, Jr. of Topeka, Jan Allen (Jim) of Topeka and Kim Vickers (Patty) of Topeka; his grandchildren, Karen Steen (Matt), Marnel Mola (Kris), Chris Milliman, Brad Allen (Erin), Mary Tibbets (Mike), Wes Vickers (Amy), Richard Vickers and Rex Vickers (Kayla); and his sister-in-law Arlene Vickers. He is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren.
