He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Richard and Virginia Walker Browning I. Richard; his daughter Britta Whitaker; and his brother Carl Browning II. He is survived by: his wife Marla Nix (Schultz); his children, Harley Browning of Topeka, Keith Browning of Walsenburg, Colorado and Donice Browning of Quenemo; and his brother James Browning of Topeka. He is also survived by four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
