He was predeceased by: his parents, Orvis Wilcox and Abigail "Blanche" Bayne Wilcox; and his sister Marvalee Cunningham. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Wilcox (Michelle), Jenifer Rohrer and Debra Wilcox; and his grandchildren, Tanner Asbury and Rachael Wilcox.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cat Association of Topeka or to Helping Hands Humane Society and sent in care of the funeral home.
