It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Meredith Lashell of Topeka, Kansas, born in Chanute, Kansas, who passed away on November 24, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Smith and Gwen Atkinson Smith; and her brother-in-law John "Jack" Brown. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her son Mark S. LaShell; her granddaughters, Marina and Julia; and her sister Elaine Brown.
