She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Wieland and Maude Simmons Wieland; her former husband Frank A. Phillips; her son Terry Phillips; and her siblings, Robert M. Wieland and Patricia Beck.
She is survived by: her spouse Lorel "Bill" Cox; her children, Lyn L. Horgan (Dan), Diane S. Bitler, Cheryl Knight (Terry), Steven F. Phillips (Roxanne), Patricia D. Baughman (Joe), D. Craig Phillips (Stacie) and Danny N. Phillips (Antonio); and her daughter-in-law Cindy Phillips. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 38 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
