She is survived by: her husband James Mackey; her son Rendy Fultz; her grandchildren, Anthony Leray Welch, Kysin Koehn, Amaya Fultz, Fallon Fultz and Tatum Shrimplin; and her siblings, Mark Huske, Tim Huske and Lori Potts (Benny).
