She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Karl Kennedy and Evelyn Conard (Armstrong); her sons, Jon Tappan of Parkersburg and Jeff Tappan of Topeka; her grandchildren, Benjamin F. Tappan of Salem and Randi M. Tappan of Topeka; and her great grandchild Apollo.
