It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Julie Harris of Topeka, Kansas, born in Ottawa, Kansas, who passed away on August 17, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She is survived by: her parents, Jim Niehoff and Diane Niehoff (Young); her close friend Anothony Phillips; her pet Jada; and her siblings, Donna Kneedler and Ryan Niehoff (Ondria). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
