It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judy Kay Robb of Topeka, Kansas, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on November 7, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Elmer and Lois Marie Robb (Kullmann); and her brother Clair Edward. She is survived by: her nieces, Linda (Robb), Leichty (Matt), Mikala (Robb) and Moreau (Matthew); her nephew Steve Robb (Nena); and her great-nieces, Olivia and Nicole Robb. She is also survived by many cousins and many, many wonderful friends.
