With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Kinsey (Topeka, Kansas), born in Goessel, Kansas, who passed away on September 17, 2019 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Neuenschwander and Blanche Neuenschwander (Elrod); her son Bradley Kinsey; and her granddaughter Teresa Kinsey Parnell. She is survived by: her husband Vernon W. Kinsey; her children, Verlin Kinsey (Tammie) of Olpe, Deborah Barclay of Woodbridge, VA, Jerry Kinsey of Matfield Green and Brian Kinsey of Ormond Beach, FL; her sister Lila Steele of Florida; and her grandson Vincent Kinsey of Olpe. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
