He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. "Jack" Donnelly and Arel Irene Best Donnelly; his in-laws, Dallas and Norma Power; his children, Kylee Jo Donnelly and Michael Dean "Mikey" Donnelly; his siblings, Mary Katherine Donnelly, Margaret Jo "Peggy" Donnelly and Terrence Patrick "Terry" Donnelly; his brother-in-law Lonnie Houpt; and his great-niece Zenzi Snowhawk.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Power (Darlin); his children, Angela "Angie" Donnelly Smith (Shaun) and Sean Patrick Donnelly; his sister-in-law Lori Power Harris (Randy); his niece Ashley Harris Becker (Hutch) of Arizona; his daughter-in-law Ashley Rhone-Donnelly; his grandchildren, Dallas Smith, Ethan Donnelly, Dylan Donnelly and Braxton Donnelly; and his pets, Ellie and Freya.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bettis Family Sports Complex (3025 SE Croco Rd, Topeka, KS 66605).
