With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan A. Barriere of Topeka, Kansas, born in Hartford City, Indiana, who passed away on October 11, 2020 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alvin and Donagene Bell, Sr. (Zimmerman); her husband Edward Barriere; her children, Fred Atwater (Kristen) of Henderson, NV, Michelle Goldman (Dave) of Aquilla, TX and James Atwater (Marissa) of Phoenix, AZ; and her siblings, Alvin Bell (Shirley) of Soldier, Jeff Bell of Topeka, Karl Bell of Columbus, Kathy Hurla (Lou) of Topeka and Frank Bell (Teresa) of Topeka. She was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
