He was predeceased by: his mother Nadine Smith. He is survived by: his father Daryl Smith; his children, Lacy Smith of Whiting, KS and Roby Snavely (Gretchen) of Holton, KS; his siblings, Sheryl Callison (Mark) of Holton, Terry Smith (Gena) of Whiting, KS, Garry Smith (Kerri) of Soldier, KS and Perry Smith (Sarah) of Wetmore, KS; and his granddaughter Lyla Leona LaMastus.
