It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Leavitt of Topeka, Kansas, who passed away on November 4, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his stepfather Gary Kline; his brother Mike; and his grandmother Grace Scott. He is survived by: his mother Marinea Kline; his wife Sue Flynn; his son Jacob (Lexi); his granddaughter Melody; and his siblings, Kristi, Mark and Greg (Pam). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association or to Helping Hands Humane Society, and sent in care of Kevin Brennan family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Road, Topeka KS 66614.
