She was predeceased by: her parents, Ermon Kelley and Neva Ruble Kelley. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Higgins; her daughters, Angelique Marie Grady (Jon) of Mission and Michele Renee' Loeffler (Chuck) of Lyndon; and her sister Jean Hull of Weston, Missouri. She is also survived by four grandchildren, two step grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
