He was predeceased by: his father Jim Reece; his wife Deborah Schreiner; his daughter Janey Forrest; and his siblings, Sheila Skinner, Kim Reece and Jerry Reece.

He is survived by: his mother Shirley Reece; his children, Michael Schreiner, Frank Forrest and Krystle Schreiner; his brothers, Oreland Reece and John Reece; and his grandchildren, Gabriel Forrest, Hunter Shannon, Nathan Shannon, Mathew Vanderputten, Rylan Schreiner, Henry Schreiner, Ezrah Schreiner, Kaitlyn Schreiner, Gracie Schreiner and Adley Schreiner.
