It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida Mae Williams-Johnson (Topeka, Kansas), born in Manhattan, Kansas, who passed away on November 10, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Pat Williams; her son Robert Earl Williams; her siblings, Donnie, Ronnie, Larry, Edwardand Bruce Slater and Marlene Slater; her grandson Antonio Booker; her son James 'Buck C. Booker, Sr.; her adoptive daughter Pamela A. Mitchell (Ronald); and her grandchildren, Tosha, Brynn, Brea, Anthony, Michael, James, Jr., Arsenio, Robert Jr., Brendon and Shiqwahn. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
She worked 24 years at the Menninger Foundation as a kitchen helper before retiring.She also worked at KNI as a foster grandparent for 30 years after her retirement just tohave something to do.
