It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida Mae Williams-Johnson (Topeka, Kansas), born in Manhattan, Kansas, who passed away on November 10, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Pat Williams; her son Robert Earl Williams; her siblings, Donnie, Ronnie, Larry, Edwardand Bruce Slater and Marlene Slater; her grandson Antonio Booker; her son James 'Buck C. Booker, Sr.; her adoptive daughter Pamela A. Mitchell (Ronald); and her grandchildren, Tosha, Brynn, Brea, Anthony, Michael, James, Jr., Arsenio, Robert Jr., Brendon and Shiqwahn. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

She worked 24 years at the Menninger Foundation as a kitchen helper before retiring.She also worked at KNI as a foster grandparent for 30 years after her retirement just tohave something to do.
