He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Reed and Eula Mae Reed (Watson); his son Gerald Dean Reed, Jr. (Nikki); his grandsons, Tanner and Spencer Reed; his siblings, Floyd Reed (Linda), Bill Reed, Jimmy Reed (Shelly), Bob Reed (Libby), Shirley Wright, Joanne Seymour (Lowell), Kenny Reed and Ginger Twyford; and his stepmother Mary Aileen Reed.
