He is survived by: his wife Helen Ruth Dilts; his children, Christine Busch (Chuck), Dawn Moore, Hoyt Moore (Laurie), Misty Miller and Diana Vasquez (Justin); and his sisters, Edna Reeh and Colleen Perry. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
