She was predeceased by: her husband Merrill Lanning. She is survived by: her children, Richard Lanning (Valerie) of St. Charles, John Lanning (Judy) of Naples, Fla. and Carolyn Lanning Watson (John) of Topeka, Kan.; her grandchildren, Scott Lanning (Alison) of Chesterfield, Pamela Castellano (Jerry) of O'Fallon, Elizabeth Marvan (Clay), Emily Lanning, Eleanor Lanning of Denver, Colo, Jennifer Miller (Ross) of Fort Worth and Kristen Reustle (Eric) of Upton, Mass.; her great grandchildren, Alexandra Smith of Denver, Andrea Lanning of Chicago, Scott August Lanning of St. Louis, Nathan Marvan of New York City, Lily Miller of Denver, Madeline Marvan of Denver and Greta Miller of Fort Worth; and her brothers, John L. Heimsoth, Jr. of Warrensburg and Neil Heimsoth (Marilyn) of Cole Camp. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
