She was predeceased by: her mother Joan Hernandez. She is survived by: her father Ruben Ortiz (Lucia); her husband Martin Lopez; her children, Ruben, Martin Lopez and Esperanza Lopez; and her siblings, Julio Hernandez (Crystal), Michelle Gutierrez (Rafael), Maria Estrada, Laura Ortiz, Rosanna Ortiz, Margarita Ortiz and Renata Ortiz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made in Eloisa's memory to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
