He was predeceased by: his mother Verta Greene Madison; and his father-in-law Oren Sharp. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his mother-in-law Karolyn Sharp; his children, Amanda Madison and Andrew Madison; and his grandchildren, Quinton, Gabriel Matherly, Xavier, Makayla, Destyne, Brennan and Addeline Grace Madison.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Ted Ensley Gardens at Lake Shawnee and sent in care of the funeral home.
