He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raleigh D. Moore and Hazel Marie French; his former wife Barbara Sample; his wife Sandra Nottingham; his daughters, Tammy Luallin (Roger) and Miller; his granddaughters, Michelle Wallace and Shannon Melyayev; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah, Jonah, Victoria, Merjen and Leyli.
