He is survived by: his parents, Terry Coulter Emery, Jr. and Gary Emery Jr. of Ellsworth; his grandmothers, Dorothy Emery of Meriden and Sharon Bath of Gypsum, KS; his siblings, Aaron Rhoads of Topeka, Ryan Hause of Brewster, KS, Lindsay Koch of Topeka, Taylor Rhoads of Topeka and Hanna Hause of Brewster, KS; his aunts and uncles, Tracy Nicolay (Matt), Amy Busey, Jason Bath and Scott Bath; his nephew Dayton Orester; his nieces, Layla and Maycee Orester; and his cousins, Paige, Sloan Nicolay, Wyatt Flewelling, Courtney Coker and Derek Busey.
