He was predeceased by: his parents, Rassie Holly and Beatrice Holly (Meyers); his wife Linda Utter; and his siblings, Judy Moore, Betty Shay, Ray Holly and Junior Holly.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Lee (Gary) and Leslie Holly-Frederick (Norman); his brothers, Jerry Holly and Ronnie Holly; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Holly Frederick of Vista, CA, Gary Lee, Jr. of Olathe, KS, Amanda Bickley of Olathe, KS, Allyssa Lee of Gardner, KS. and Sharon Fenimore of Rifle, CO. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
