He is survived by: his wife Sandra Jean Stumfoll; his son Bryan Johnson (Amy Horton) of Olathe, Kansas; his stepgrandchildren, Hailey Horton and Kelsey Horton; and his sister Patricia Mayhew (Bob) of Spring Hill, Kansas..
