He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvis Talbot and Roberta Talbot (Farrar); and his sister Judy Calloway. He is survived by: his sons, Robert S. Talbot (Angie) and Christopher Talbot (Michala Sullivan); and his sisters, May Gose of Lincoln, NE, Kay Wienck (Charles) of Topeka and Gay Snider (Dale) of Topeka. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established and will be designated later.
