He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Lee and Ines Evelyn Needles Binns; and his siblings, Allen Binns, Jim Binns, Betty and Nancy.
He is survived by: his wife Kelly J. Binns of Scott City; his children, Andrew of Wichita, Kevin (Cassie) of Claflin and Destiny of Hoisington; and his siblings, Clifford L. "Pete" (Emma Jean Binns) and Jo Ellen (Don Wimp). He is also survived by Seven Grandchildren, and many nieces & nephews.
