Bland (Scott City, Kansas), born in Plainville, Kansas, who passed away on March 4, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Cecil and Lilly A. Smith Bland; his wife Thelma R. Meis; and his sisters, Eunice Baham and Irma Ewing.
He is survived by: his sons, Byron Bland of Hays, Warren Bland of Scott City, Randall (Melissa Bland) and Ryan (Amanda Bland). He is also survived by Five Grandchildren.
