It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hugh J. McDaniel (Scott City, Kansas), who passed away on December 10, 2018, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, John Jenkins and Chloie Edith Weems McDaniel; his wife Berniece; his children, Karen Roberts (Tom) of Manhattan, Diana Wharton of Topeka and Mark McDaniel (Verna) of Leoti; his sisters, Rose E. Moss of Oklahoma City and Edith Verser of Verden; his grandchildren, Greg Roberts (Mari) of Toulouse France, Chad Roberts of Palm Harbor, Audrey Raines (Josh) of Pflugerville, Shannon Wharton of Topeka, Heather Bever (Danny) of Olathe and Kenzie Wright (Cameron) of Topeka; and his siblings, Maxine Hoffman, Berniece Koerner, Buford and Johnny.
Memorials in Lieu of Flowers may be made to the Park Lane Nursing Home in care of Price & Sons Funeral Homes.
