He is survived by: his wife Graciela Rodriguez of Scott City; his children, Blas Jr. (Claudia Rodriguez), Noe (Yuri Rodriguez), Carlos (Berenice Rodriguez), Reyna Rodriguez of Scott City and Diana (Luis Aguilera); and his siblings, Jesus Rodriguez of Scott City, Trinidad Rodriguez of Mexico, Hilda Prieto of Canyon City, Luz M. Rodriguez of Clovis and Edelmira Rodriguez of Mexico. He is also survived by Seven Grandchildren.
