He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Donham Sr. and Ellenora Donham; his brother Jeff Donham; his brothers-in-law, Patrick Hogan and Larry Hopkins Sr.; and his nephew Bruce Hogan.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Donham; his children, Lance Donham and Shae Donham-Foutch; his granddaughters, Jessica, Kelsey, Casidey and Faith; his sister Sandra Hopkins; and his sister-in-law Vicki Hogan. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and their children.
