He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Milton and Frances Benita Needham (Calvin); and his brother Max Needham. He is survived by: his former wife Delores Jones; his daughters, Virginia Hughes of Ottawa, Penny Needham of Ottawa and Kim Brenner (Corey) of Panama City, FL; his brother Rex Needham of Lane, KS; and his grandchildren, Chris (Dawn Hutchinson), Ashton (Holly Schulz), Desiree (Lance Lamborn), Tyler Hutchinson (Dominique Huffman), Alisha (Taylor Glock), Cortney (Steven Jenkins) and Dakota Zinn of Panama City, FL. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
