He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Chapman and Pauline Chapman (Spangler); and his siblings, Cheryl and Stephen. He is survived by: his wife Linda Chapman of Rock, KS; his children, Chris Chapman (Marni) of Derby, KS, Matt Chapman (Amber) of Moore, OK, Josh Chapman (Michelle) of Kansas City, MO and Melissa Allen (Jason) of Park City, KS.; his grandchildren, Alexis Allen, Brooke Allen, Mclaren Chapman, Carly Allen and Grady Chapman; and his brothers, Mike (Rosemary), Jim (Sherry) and Jerry Chapman (Peggy) of Pittsburg, KS. He is also survived by his numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent to the American Diabetes Association.
